All prices are in ringgit (RM) and exclude delivery unless stated in writing.
50% advance on confirmation; balance settled before delivery.
Lead time is 14–21 working days for a first order and 1–2 weeks for a repeat order of the same design, counted from approved artwork and sizing — not from the day you enquire.
Artwork must be vector: AI, EPS, PDF or SVG. We can redraw a raster logo for you first.
Customised goods are not returnable — approval in writing protects both sides.
