How to order, start to finish
No surprises. Here is exactly what happens after you message us, and what we need from you at each step.
Step 1 — Enquiry
Send us the garment type, rough quantity, and the date you need it. A photo of a similar uniform helps a lot. WhatsApp gets the fastest reply.
Step 2 — Quotation
You get a written quotation in ringgit, valid 30 days. It states the garment, quantity, branding method and lead time. Delivery is quoted separately unless we write otherwise.
Step 3 — Artwork & sizing
Send vector artwork (AI, EPS, PDF, SVG) and your staff size list. We confirm logo position and size in writing. Nothing is cut until you approve.
Step 4 — Confirmation
50% advance confirms the order and starts production. Always call us on +6 016-875 3786 to verify bank details before you transfer — never trust bank details sent by message alone.
Step 5 — Production
14 to 21 working days from approval. We update you if anything shifts — you will not have to chase us for a status.
Step 6 — Delivery
Balance is settled before goods leave us. Collect in Setapak or we ship nationwide — and we can split one order across your branches.
Terms
Terms you should know before ordering
- Quotations are valid for 30 days from the date on the document.
- All prices are in ringgit (RM) and exclude delivery unless stated in writing.
- 50% advance on confirmation; balance settled before delivery.
- Lead time is 14–21 working days from approved artwork and sizing — not from the day you enquire.
- Artwork must be vector: AI, EPS, PDF or SVG. We can redraw a raster logo for you first.
- Customised goods are not returnable — approval in writing protects both sides.
